Meet the Founder
Dave Trout has been a resident of Carson Valley and Tahoe since 2004. The mountains are what initially drew him here, but the friendly community and the love for the outdoors are what made Carson Tahoe home. His passion for serving cocktails and connecting with people led him to turn that interest into a business. Alongside his wife, Kim, and daughter, Kiera, Dave is dedicated to providing the best experience for every event.
