ABOUT US
Welcome to Trout’s Portable Pub
Where the spirit of Tahoe’s vibrant community meets the convenience of on-the-go fun! Owned by Dave Trout, our business is more than just a service; it’s a celebration of the region’s rich culture and community spirit.
Meet the Founder
Dave Trout has been a resident of Carson Valley and Tahoe since 2004. The mountains are what initially drew him here, but the friendly community and the love for the outdoors are what made Carson Tahoe home. His passion for serving cocktails and connecting with people led him to turn that interest into a business. Alongside his wife, Kim, and daughter, Kiera, Dave is dedicated to providing the best experience for every event.
Our Mission – Bringing the Bar to You
Here at Trout’s Portable Pub, we understand that great times shouldn’t be confined to four walls. Whether you’re hosting a backyard bash, a ranch or lakeside wedding, or a corporate event, we bring the party to your location. Our fully equipped portable pub includes everything from top-shelf spirits to artisanal mixers, ensuring your event is stocked with the best.
More Than Just Drinks – Creating Memorable Experiences
Beyond the beverages, Trout’s Portable Pub is about creating an experience. Dave’s stories, laughter, and the easy camaraderie he fosters make every event memorable. We believe in the power of gathering, in the magic of shared moments, and in the joy of a well-poured drink in good company.
Services Tailored to Your Event
Our services are designed with flexibility in mind. Choose from our curated cocktail menus, or let Dave craft something special just for your occasion.
